FAQ
My Mac is connected to the D200X, but the keys and buttons are not responding. How can I fix this?
Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and turn the switch for "Ulanzi Studio" to "On".
My Windows computer is connected to the D200X, but the computer shows "USB device not recognized." How can I fix this?
Please check if the computer user is the one who installed the D200X-related plugins. If not, please switch to the appropriate user.
What should I do if the screen remains black after connecting the D200X to the computer?
Open the Ulanzi Studio app to check the connection status. If it shows "Connected," please contact us at service@ulanzi.com for support. If it shows "Not connected," please replace the data cable with one that supports the USB 3.0 protocol or higher and connect it directly to the computer. Then check if the computer motherboard is functioning properly. If the connection works perfectly with a cable supporting USB 3.0 protocol or higher connected directly to the computer, further investigation of the D200X device is required – please contact customer service in this case.
Which software is compatible with the D200X?
It supports any software that allows keyboard shortcuts. You can also visit https://ugc.ulanzistudio.com to browse and download recommended presets for common applications.
How do I add desktop shortcuts to the deck buttons?
Windows: Set up Quick Access apps by dragging the shortcut icons. macOS: Click on the bottom bar 【Finder】 - 【Applications】 and then drag the application icon from this page.
How do I use the configured custom functions on different computers?
You can click on a preset file in the settings (Settings → Preset File), then select all with Ctrl+A (Windows) / Cmd+A (macOS), right-click to batch export the preset files, transfer them to another computer, and import the presets there.
Are there requirements for using custom configurations?
Custom configurations require the Ulanzi Studio app to run in the background.
