We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Return (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please contact our customer service team to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fees. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose. If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping fees for this reason. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returning a product;

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2. All returned products must be in their original packaging, show no signs of installation or use, and must not affect secondary sales to receive a full refund.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
